We are a family owned and operated company that is committed to offering only the finest floral arrangements and gifts, backed by service that is friendly and prompt. We have served Weber and Davis counties since 1948, and we have three locations located in Ogden, Layton, and Bountiful, Utah.

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 2-3 days prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day. Extremely busy holidays (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Memorial Day) may require more lead time to ensure on-time delivery

Delivery Policy
A local delivery fee starting at $12.99 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area or during the Valentine's Day/Mother's Day holiday, this fee may vary.)
If the recipient is not home, we will try to find a neighbor who will hold it until the recipient returns. If no neighbors are home or are willing to accept, we will typically take it back to the shop and try to reschedule delivery. You will find a note left on the door detailing what has happened. If you would like us to leave it on the doorstep or somewhere else, please specify this in the "special instructions" box during checkout. Please note that we will not be responsible for any damage or theft that may occur if we are instructed to leave it at the home/business.
Priority delivery is available for most deliveries on a given day ensuring the delivery will be made in the next 2 hours. Additional charges apply.
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.
We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays unless it is for a funeral or viewing. Please call in to place your order for Sunday or type it in the "special instructions" box.
Substitution Policy
While we carry a large variety of flowers everyday, occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the quality and availability of certain flowers. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. We will do our best to contact you if a substitution needs to be made. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
